By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients of Digiknown (digiknown.com.co).
All website development projects require an advance payment before work begins.
Advance payment is non-refundable once the work has started.
In rare cases where a refund is considered, it will be based on work progress.
Example:
If 20% of the work is completed, then 20% of the total project cost will be deducted.
The remaining amount (if any) may be refunded accordingly.
Refund eligibility is solely decided by Digiknown.
Once the website development is completed:
The remaining balance must be paid by the client.
After full payment, the website will be made live.
After the website is live and full payment is received:
Digiknown will provide full website ownership to the client.
This includes domain authority, website files, and a full website backup.
If the website is hosted on the client’s own hosting:
Digiknown will provide a complete website backup.
If the website is hosted on Digiknown’s hosting:
Digiknown will provide Complete backend access to the client.
All digital marketing packages are customized according to client requirements.
Full payment is required in advance for each billing cycle.
If a client chooses to cancel the service after work has started (for example, after 15 days):
The first payment is non-refundable due to planning, strategy creation, and execution.
The client may choose not to continue from the next month without any penalty.
All services will be delivered according to the agreed scope of work.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
Clients must provide accurate content, images, credentials, and approvals on time.
Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.
Reasonable revisions are allowed as per the agreed package.
Excessive or additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Digiknown is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services such as:
Hosting providers
Domain registrars
Paid plugins, themes, ads platforms, or tools
Digiknown does not guarantee specific results such as:
Exact sales
Rankings
Leads or revenue
Results may vary depending on market conditions, competition, and client involvement.
All client data, credentials, and project details will be kept confidential.
Digiknown will not share client information without permission.
Digiknown reserves the right to terminate services if:
Payments are delayed
The client violates these terms
Abusive or unethical behavior is observed
Digiknown shall not be held liable for:
Business losses
Downtime
Data loss due to external factors
Digiknown reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms.
